#WOTR19 #BoxSet #Standalones – Three Stories About Love by Britni Hill

What do a widow moving home, a woman taking a break from her life, and a trip to Vegas have in common?

Love.

Almost Never

Five years have passed since Cora Daniels left home. She’s back and supposed to be starting over.

She left seeking freedom, the chance to find herself. The person she found wasn’t who she expected.

One poisonous relationship, two tragic events, and what seems like a lifetime of guilt leave her jaded and unsure of how to start a new life.

She’s alone. Left behind to deal with the consequences of her actions.

Until she meets Brady Maxwell.

He’s warm, caring, and incredibly attractive. When a friendship blooms, Cora fears what will happen when the spark between them undoubtedly catches fire.

Runaway Feelings

One night.
That’s all it was supposed to be.
One night in an island paradise with a perfect stranger.

All I needed was an escape, just for a few days. My life took a turn I didn’t see coming, so I hopped the first plane out of Chicago with no plan at all.

Headed for Tahiti, I was ready to put it all behind me.

I met Alex on the plane. He offered me something I wasn’t looking for. I took it greedily. When he offered more, I took that too.

When it all spiraled out of control what did I do?
****
One night.
That’s all I offered. At first.
One night with a beautiful woman. One I could walk away from.

A vacation was all I needed. Time away from running a business and hiding from my soon-to-be ex-wife. I had it all planned out.

A fresh start waited for me when I got back.

Then she sat next to me. I wanted her. She was mysterious, hiding something. I offered her one night but it wasn’t enough.

Could a runaway romance really turn into more?

Taking a Gamble

Who knew a weekend in Vegas could change everything about your life?

Not me. I went there to get married.
Kind of.
That was the plan. Until it wasn’t anymore.

I had the perfect dress, an awesome venue, and my closest friends with me.
What was missing?

My groom. That’s right. He bailed.
It’s all going to be okay. Some things are just meant to be. What better city than Vegas to leave it to chance?

Maybe that’s how I woke up as Gabby Thomas and went to bed Mrs. Brennan …

#WOTR19 #Review #NA #SeriesFinale – Hitched (Western Palm #5) by Britni Hill

Hitched (Western Palm #5)

Releasing March 18th

Western Palm University brought them together, making them a family.
Tess and Blake stuck together and headed straight toward their happily ever after. They have everything they need and can’t imagine wanting more. Does that mean they’ve reached the end of their story?
Jason stood up to his father. He made all the right choices for his family. Corinne and their toddler, Arianna, are the bright spots in his days. He thought he put his doubt and self-sabotage behind him. So why does he feel like everything is crashing down on him?
Abby gave in, letting Adam break down her walls. She let him convince her that she needed him. It turned out he was right. And having a stubborn boyfriend isn’t as bad as she thought it would be. They’re going strong, sweetly in love, and happy with their relationship. Is it enough?
Megan is far away from Western Palm attending law school. With Matt back at home and his ring on her finger the distance between them is tough. Does chasing your future have to lead you so far from the ones you love?
Turns out they might have a few more things to learn.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

*Wipes tears* I am soooo happy with this book and so sad at the same time.  I don’t think you understand the love I have with my Baby Daddy Blake AKA The Lip Ringed Hottie!!  It’s been serious love since the first time I read him.  I am not sure I am ready to let him go………

If you are a fan of this series, THIS. BOOK. IS. EVERYTHING!!!  It was the perfect mix of each couple.  We are seeing a happy Blake and Tess along with a content Jason and Corrine…I mean WHAT!!>??  YES CONTENT!!!

I still love to see and read the Firecracker and her teddy bear, Abby and Adam. They have grown so much but seeing them still growing and moving their relationship further was the best.  Abby is still in her head, but I love that Adam knows what to do to reach his girl.

Megan and Matt ….sigh….serious IF Blake didn’t own my heart, Matt would be my guy.  Megan and Matt are so sweet and in love but seeing her doubt everything about what she thought was important was making my heart hurt.  Matt *swoon* yeah just dreamy sigh about what a perfect man he is.

Jason and Corrine..who would have thought I would like him let alone be pulling for HIM to succeed in life given everything he did in the beginning???  But Jason Parker is Not That guy anymore.  The things that Corrine and he deal with are real life situations and I loved their story line so much.  Seeing her become more of the group and with the girls was good too.

Blake and Tess…….STOP!!  I can’t …..I won’t.  I mean…NOOO!!!  I refuse to think their story is over!!!  Blake and his Pretty Girl are in a good place.  They are so happy but seeing Tess worry and stress over everything they deal with and seeing Blake still stand behind her…sigh…..guys…yeah I just……I love them so much as characters………

If you enjoyed the Western Palm series like I do, you absolutely MUST read the final book because it totally answers all the questions about each couple.

#WOTR18 #AuthorSpotlight – Attending Author Britni Hill @thatbritnihill

Britni Hill

Tell us your name and then a bit about yourself.

Britni Hill
When I’m not writing, I’m a hair stylist. I love coffee, wine, and twizzlers. I have a fascination with cheesy, teenage dramas. Horror movies are the best movies. I’ve lived in Indiana my whole life. I have a rescue pup that means the world to me.

When and Why did you start to write?

I started writing as soon as I learned how. I’ve always had stories in my head that I just needed to let out. I write because I have to. It’s part of my life. I can’t imagine ever not having characters in my head.

What authors do you always read or suggest to others?

JR Ward. Jennifer Armentrout. Penny Reid. Gena Showalter. Richelle Mead. There are just too many to name.

What is the most surprising thing you have found out with the writing process?

I have no process. It’s random. And every book–every character is different. I’m totally okay with that. It’s actually turned into a type of therapy for me.

What are you working on now?

I’m working on the 5th book in my Western Palm Series, Hitched. It’s the last one!

When writing are you a pantser or plotter?

I like to pretend I’m a plotter. I’m totally a pantser though. I usually do a rough outline but my characters lead me around.
