Follow Link and Ruby as they attend the annual Christmas party at Ruby’s work. Link thinks he’s going to be super funny during the white elephant exchange, but little do they know things are going to get a whole lot crazier then just the normal holiday crazy.
Link is wrapping his Christmas gifts for the annual party with thinking he is just so funny if one of his friends ends up with this gift, having to hurry because his girlfriend is on her way and he knows her all too well she sees a gift and she’s gonna have to shack it and try and guess what it is. Well once they grab the gift, and get to the party he gets a text and oh no Ruby grabbed the wrong gift, Link sets into a panic trying to make sure he gets the gift they brought. OMGthis super short story was hilarious I’ve laughed the whole time, i could read it over and over and not get tired of it. Link and Ruby are amazing and the joking between the friends is great, definitely need more of these guys.

Hi! My name is Lauren Helms, and I’m a romance author! I write flirty and nerdy contemporary romance. My first three books are part of my Gamer Boy series. My next release is a standalone, but part of the multi-author series, 425 Madison. I’ve been an author for three years now, and I still love it!
Where is your favorite place to write and what food must be present?
I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite place, but its the only place, my desk at home. And while I’m writing, I don’t eat. But when the words aren’t flowing I snack on candy.
What are you favorite things about attending signings?
I’ve only been to one signing. It was a small event at my local library. I enjoyed talking with readers and meeting author authors. I’m really excited about the Author Indy Event this September.
What author would you love to meet (Who is your unicorn author)?
My unicorn authors are Lauren Layne and Colleen Hoover.
What author would you love to write with?
I would love to write with author Cassie Graham.
What is your favorite memory so far as an author?
That would have to be when I meet someone (in real life AND online) who I don’t have connections with, and they have read my books and loved them. It makes me feel like people are actually reading my words.
