“What brings you in tonight?”

“I’m experiencing a burning sensation…” I say, still debating how to get the right words out.

“Is it in your chest?”

I shake my head. “No.”

“Well okay. How about you give me your info, and we’ll have you checked in so you can be seen?”

I nod and give her my name. She asks me a series of questions which I answer quickly, doing my best not to squirm. I extend my arm, and she puts a band around my wrist with my information.

The burning is worsening with each passing minute. I imagine little creatures hanging out around a bonfire inside my vaginal cavity before I breathe in deeply through my nose.

“You okay, Hazel?” she asks, seeing my pain.

Shaking my head, I lean my elbows onto the counter.

“I’ll be right back, hon, and we’ll have you sorted,” she says and disappears the way she came.

Looking around the room, hoping to distract myself from the growing pain, I see the furniture looks newer. A TV is on in the corner, its volume nearly muted as infomercials play. My eyes catch sight of the clock, where I see it’s nearly one in the morning.

“Rivera?” a nurse asks from my left.

I nod.

“Follow me and we’ll get you into triage.”

We walk down a long hallway, and I hear beeping from a few machines. Rustling and murmuring comes from a room we pass, and I get a glimpse of a patient being tended to. The nurse helps me into a bed and does my vitals. Before she finishes, a man rolls in a computer and asks a variety of insurance-related questions.

Throughout this process, they ask me numerous times why I’m here. Their posture calms when I tell them my heart and head feel fine. The burning sensation causes me to suck in air, my nostrils flaring with each pass.

“Hazel Rivera?” a deep voice asks. I haven’t heard this voice yet tonight, and my eyes pop open and meet sin. His are dark pits, promising naughty things—things which wouldn’t leave me burning and wondering if my vagina will ever recover.

It was just my luck to have Mr. Sinfully Gorgeous treat me for my flaming pussy.

Welcome to book 2 of Anna Hague’s Love Strictly Tested series.  The book picks up right were the first left off except this time the story is about Emma aka “Angel’s” bff Sabrina.

Sabrina decides to do her Master Thesis on BDSM to better understand her bff and to make up to her and her husband about misjudging the lifestyle so quickly.

Poor Sabrina.  I don’t think I have ever seen someone so repressed as her.  She is a 30 year old woman that is basically scared of her own shadow and everything makes the woman throw up.  However as she learns about the lifestyle she is introduced to Cameron Terry.  We’ve met Cameron before in Angel’s book, he is Jordan Angel’s husband nemesis.

As I was saying, as she learns about the lifestyle she also learns about herself.  

Hague, has done a amazing job taking a repressed woman and making her blossom into someone almost completely different fans she has done that with the help of a well written male character in Cameron.  He helps Sabrina find that woman that she has hidden deep within herself.

Also, as we read about Sabrina and Cameron, we also see glimpses of Angel and Jordan and how they find out the story that she told the reporter in book 1, will come back to bite them in the butt.

After the ending that I just read i cant wait to see what happens in book 3.

After the craziness of the previous book he is taking some much needed time off that he never allowed himself in the past. He is going to hang out with Black Mountain Pack. He believes he is the last of his lineage but then again….maybe not. The story of the dragon shifters and their mates is pure gold but heartbreaking nonetheless. As Wyatt goes in search of what is tugging at his heartstrings he finds someone that may be able to save the dragon shifter race. Natalie lives in a town that is full of shifters. This town is a place of peace for them and the humans that are aware of their existence. She has been given a reading of her future and she is not sure if she should take it to heart or not. In the midst of these two and their feelings, the resistance has reared its ugly head. Wyatt is alone and has to seek help from Leo and the Black Mountain Pack to cut the head off the snake all the while trying to help keep his soon to be mate safe. Wyatt’s and Natalie’s story is a slow burn that is thrilling and full of mystery. An absolute page turner. The history of the Dragon shifters in this book is one of my favorite ever. When you find yourself with a cruse of being able to turn into a wolf you need to have a few things in your life 1) being able to find your mate and 2) Having a brotherhood people that understand and help shape you into who you are. OMG this book CHANGES so much about the VC Warrior World and I loved it!!!

I have been a huge fan since I started reading the series way back when book 2 was released.  SO to see small changes in the world happen, I thought it was cool.  But this book punches a huge hole in the world, and I am stoked!!!

Viktor is pretty new to the series, so we don’t really have much of an idea about him except he is a witch hunter.  Well this book we get to know him and his brother Bishop a lot more.  We also see this heart broken vampire fall in love with a sassy human.  I mean, Lacey is hella awesome!!  She is a straight shooter and that kinda intimidates the guys at times but impresses the hell out of Jill…just say Cock right Jill??!!!

Viktor is doing everything he can to refuse these feelings he has for Lacey and she is so confused by the hot and cold but when things come together, and a miscommunication happens, he has to shut up and put up to claim his woman.

Lacey is the perfect addition to the crew.  She is a hacker by day and a caring as hell women by night.  She will give herself to help all she loves.  She loves fierce like all the other mates do.

This book we get more of the bad witch AKA Bonnie’s daddy but also some demon chick annnnnnd Dark Guardians….WHAT???  Charger has me saying HEEEEY *wink wink*.  I mean if Jared is going to keep being a jackass to me….errr….Tessa maybe I need….errrrr…she needs to walk away??  LOL

Friends this storyline is just getting better and better with each book.  I mean I am so excited and how the world has opened up because the possibilities are endless at this point!!!

oh my what do i want to say about this book. first off it was amazing the writing style was great everything was on point. second it was on fire smoking hot very detailed. This was my first MFMM read and i didnt realized it was until i was in chapter 4. so this is about Tom and Beth a very happily married couple that have a wild sex life, almost anytime, anywhere they are down to the nitty gritty and on each other like wild animals. they also love the thrill of doing it in public places and the thought of getting caught turns them on even more. Well when Tom has a secret fantasy that hes never shared with his wife a normal night at the campgrounds will just turn their wild and crazy sex life into something one of them dreams about and the other not sure what got into them but they finds it hot sexy and overall the best that could happen to them.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

This series gets better and better with each book that comes out. I find myself falling harder and harder for each of Ariel guys.  We get to see her relationships grow with the guys and her father.

Ariel is finally in a good spot she found her true family. These guys will do anything for her, anything to make her happy and protect her which is something she has never had in her lifetime. She is building relationships with all her guys and even her dad. She has a job she loves at Fortune’s for the Unfortunate.

Ariel loves each of these guys and finds that she is just as overprotective of her guys as they are of her. She will do anything to keep them from hurting even if it means she hurts herself. There are some new characters introduced in this book some are going to be a good thing for Ariel and her family and others could be deadly for them.

Just like with Ariel I am falling more and more in love with each of these guys. Even though Ariel is closer to some of her guys than the others I am enjoying her learning more things about each one.  I have to say I love when I get to see a different side of one of them I never saw before.

I am so ready for the next book. There are so many new developments and I want to know were things are going to go. I also want to see these relationships grow and evolve.

Friends…..This book….Jesus….so much happens.  We finally see Ariel and the guys taking things “to the next level”.  We learn more about the council and just how effing awful they are….why I was shocked I have no clue.  We get at few more twists and turns thrown at us but most of all, we see the coven tightening up and getting ready for a war of sorts!!!  Dude this book I told you was insane!!!

Dude this book!!  First up, yes things progress for Ariel and some members of the coven but what I loved was her flat out admitting her fears about intimacy with some of the guys.  I loved seeing the guys reassure her she is it and they are good with how thing progress.  But I Floved hearing words being declared between Ariel and the guys!!  Seriously this was a step in the right direction for everyone!!

The council….man oh man…we get a new council member who will be a good person for our coven to confide in but we also see the council being shady AF which is pretty much what they do right???  The stuff they stir up during a dinner party….grrrrrr…….things are not going to be smooth for Ariel and the guys but Damn Uncle Q didn’t punch anyone??  Could he be settling down now that the has his girl?  LOL  RIGHT!!! I highly doubt it.

Rain is still Rain….crazy and scary but head over heals for his daughter.  But the new men in Ariel’s life, who also love Rain, will be an interesting mix to the story line!!  I told ya TWISITS people.

What I am so worried about is what is in those manila folders? What did the guys find out about the OTHER major plot twist?  What other plot twists can Mary throw at us??  FYI Plot Twist named Raven is a hottie buuuuuut yeah he can go away anytime now!!

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

GAH!!!  Wyatt has totally been someone I was lookin’ forward to reading since we were introduced to him.  I mean HELLO DRAGON SHIFTER!!!  Yes please!!!

The one thing I want anyone to know about this book is the FEELINGS you will get while reading.  Wyatt is so afraid to HOPE for a mate.  He is beyond numb to the Goddess giving him a mate since he is the LAST Pure Blood Dragon shifter in the world.  He has just thrown himself into helping his friends and packs.  He is over wanting and wishing and just realized he will be alone until his dragon loses his mind, at which point, he will be “put down”.   You can FEEL his loneliness in the story. 

When the Goddess grants Wyatt his mate you can actually feel his anger and frustration at this gift of a mate.  He is so scared because any mate of his will be a target.  You can feel his fear and watch him push away this precious gift!!

Natalie, friends, she is AWESOME!!  I mean she is sweet but strong.  She is kind but fierce.  She will NOT be just a wallflower anymore to her friends.  She is starting to realize after being told she is fated to mate a dragon; she needs to be strong and confident.  A dragon needs a strong mate not a weak woman.

Again, friends….the anxiety of these two was so heavy!!  GAH the push and pull and the almost kisses were driving me CRAZY!! I was like JUST FREAKING KISS AND CLAIM HER WYATT!!!!!!

I can’t say enough about the story because it was probably my favorite story so far in the series and that is saying a lot because I am pretty sure Mack, my baby daddy, is not going to like hearing this news!!!

Seriously, if you enjoy angst, heart, more angst and just all out amazing chemistry, THIS IS A GREAT story for you.  Its also a great introduction to the amazing world Miranda has built with the Black Mountain Pack.

Side note: If Stephen doesn’t get a book next, I will cry.  His character was so much fun to read!!!
